"Totally worth it for the convenient hours"
I really appreciate that Bond Vet has hours that actually work for people with full-time jobs. I was able to get my dog seen without having to take an entire day off, which makes a big difference. The staff was friendly, the visit was easy, and it felt like a genuinely good value for the convenience

"Misleading about getting back to you"
I kept expecting someone to call me back because the wording made it sound like they actually follow up, but that never happened. I left messages and waited, and my calls just weren’t returned. Frustrating experience.

"Pretty good, if you don’t mind starting over each time"
Bond Vet has been decent for quick appointments, and the staff is usually friendly, which is more than I can say for some places. The main thing that bugs me is the lack of continuity. We’ve had a different vet almost every visit, so I end up repeating the same history and concerns over and over. I’m sure the notes are in the system somewhere, but it still feels a little disconnected. Overall not a bad experience, just wish the follow-ups felt more consistent.

The vet definitely knew her stuff and explained the meds clearly, so I appreciated that. But the whole visit felt rushed, which was kind of ridiculous considering I still had a couple questions when I left

"Refill was easy, but don’t wait until the last minute"
I requested my dog’s prescription refill online and the process was smooth overall. Just a heads up though, it took a little longer than I expected to hear back, so I wouldn’t wait until you’re almost out of meds. The staff was nice once they got back to me, and the prescription was ready the next day. Overall, good experience, just plan ahead.

I’m usually careful about getting hit with surprise fees, so I really appreciated that the costs were explained upfront. It made me feel more comfortable moving forward and helped me know exactly what I was agreeing to.

My dog started limping out of nowhere, and I was a little worried, so I tried to get an appointment that same day. Luckily, booking was super easy, and the clinic was close enough that it didn’t turn into a whole ordeal. We did end up waiting a bit longer than I expected once we got there, but the staff was really helpful and took good care of us overall...

"Kind vet and good care, but the wait was avoidable"
The vet was really kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My dog got great care and seemed calmer than usual, which I really appreciated. I’m only taking off one star because the wait ended up being longer than expected, and it felt avoidable.

"Online Booking Was a Hassle"
I tried booking an appointment for my dog online, but the available times kept changing on me and the whole process took way longer than it should have. I ended up having to call anyway, which defeats the purpose of offering online booking. It was frustrating, and I’d expect some kind of discount or compensation for the wasted time.

"Nice staff, but the wait was frustrating"
The staff was really nice, so I’ll give them that, but the wait time was annoying. I had an appointment and still ended up sitting around way longer than expected, which kind of defeats the point of making an appointment, right? I’m not sure I’d come back unless I really didn’t have another option...

My snap judgment: the vet was helpful and seemed to know what they were doing, but the pharmacy situation was frustrating. When I actually needed the meds, they weren’t in stock, which kind of defeats the purpose. Good care overall, just don’t assume they’ll have everything ready.

"Not Exactly a Smooth Claims Experience"
I was hoping getting help with my insurance claim would be straightforward, but apparently that was asking a lot. The forms took way longer than they should have, and the support I got was minimal at best. I eventually figured things out, but it would’ve been nice to feel like someone was actually helping

Bond Vet is super convenient for me, which felt like a small win after a long workday. I was able to get my dog there without it turning into a whole production. The visit went smoothly overall, though we did have to wait a little bit. Still, I left feeling happy with the experience.

"You could tell they actually cared"
They really cared, and it showed in the little things. Like, I went in expecting the usual quick service, but they actually listened and took their time with me. It’s funny how that sticks with you afterward, because you don’t always notice it in the moment, but later you’re like, yeah, that felt different. Just a really kind and genuine experience overall.

"My dog was so stressed?!"
I couldn’t believe how rough the handling was?! My dog never really settled down or got comfortable the whole time, and it was upsetting to watch.

My dog needed care and somehow nothing was open when we really needed it. I get that places have hours, but it felt a little strange and made me wonder if they’re really set up for urgent situations at all.

"Helpful telehealth visit when I needed guidance"
I used Bond Vet telehealth after my dog developed a weird rash, and it was a easy experience. Booking was simple, and the vet was kind and gave me clear next steps without making me feel silly for being worried. As a pet owner, I feel like it’s my responsibility to take things seriously and do right by my dog, so it was reassuring to talk to someone quickly instead of just guessing. I did end up needing to go in later, which is why I’d give it 4 stars, but the visit definitely helped me stay calm and know what to do next.

"Lab results took way too long"
I brought my pet in thinking the lab results would come back quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than they made it seem. I get that things can get busy, and maybe I was extra anxious because I had work and other stuff going on, but I had to keep calling just to get updates. It was frustrating and stressful when all I really wanted was some answers.
